Into possibly the most well organised workshop this side of NASA, my bike was mounted on a stand and Robert began to talk me through everything that would be done and what needed to be done. Sensing my relative ignorance of things bicycle he effortlessly adjusted his speech to what is described as layman's terms without patronizing.. wonderful! I left the bike and drove away a happy man...

Less than 24hrs later I received a detailed work report, fully broken down invoice and notice that the bike was ready! I've just picked it up and it feels and looks like new.
