For maintenance and repairs, I price what you require case by case, but below are some typical prices. 

Please note, the prices for maintenance and repairs are for labour only.  The price of any replacement parts and consumables will be added. I will always discuss appropriate parts and their cost with you first!

Clean & Lube From £25

• Safety Check plus:

• Hand wash frame and components

• Degrease complete drivetrain (chain and all gears)

• Dry lubricate drivetrain 

• Lubricate all other gear, brake and lever pivots

• Lubricate cable inners and stops

Standard Service From £35 

• Safety Check, Clean & Lube, plus:

• Adjust gears front and back

• Adjust brakes front and back

• Check and adjust tyre pressures

• Check and adjust wheel bearing free play

• Test ride (with owner's permission)

Full Service From £60

• Everything above, plus:

• Strip, clean and rebuild head bearings

• Strip, clean and rebuild wheel bearings

• Inspect, clean and rebuild bottom bracket

• True wheels as required

TUITION - MAINTENANCE LESSONS

I also teach bicycle maintenance.  If you want to know more about how to look after your prized possession, bring it along and we will base your tuition on your own machine.  The syllabus is up to you, but my customers typically ask for lessons on cleaning, lubrication and minor adjustments. We can also work on tailoring your gear ratios,  modifications and upgrades.
